2.2.1. F-Droid¶
Install F-Droid (if you haven’t already) from the official website. Enable installation from “unknown sources” if prompted by the system.
Open the F-Droid app.
Wait for the application catalog to load.
Search for “Taler Wallet”.
Install the “Taler Wallet” app.
Ready to go!
2.2.2. Google Play Store¶
Open Google Play Store (if available in your system).
Search for “Taler Wallet”, or alternatively open this link.
Install the “Taler Wallet (experimental)” app.
Ready to go!
2.2.3. F-Droid (nightly)¶
If you are interested in contributing to GNU Taler by testing unreleased features, you should regularly download and install the latest nightly builds from F-Droid. Nightly builds are published to Taler’s own F-Droid repository, which you will need to manually configure.
Install F-Droid (if you haven’t already) from the official website. Enable installation from “unknown sources” if prompted by the system.
Click this link. It should automatically open F-Droid and prompt you to add the repository. Alternatively, open the F-Droid app, go to “Settings”, then “Repositories”, then click on “+” and scan the following QR code:
Click on “Add repository” to confirm.
Search for “Taler Wallet Nightly”.
Install the “Taler Wallet Nightly” app.
Ready to go!
